Vectracom was honoured to see one of its restoration projects presented at the opening of the Lumi\u00e8re 2024 Festival. The film, “Un revenant” by Christian-Jaque, is an iconic work of French cinema.<\/p>\n

“Un revenant”, shot in Lyon in 1946, needed complete restoration to its original splendour. Vectracom has used its technical expertise to preserve this work, highlighting Louis Jouvet’s performances and Henri Jeanson’s dialogue.<\/p>\n

The screening of this film at the Lumi\u00e8re Festival underlines the importance of preserving and disseminating film heritage. This project will give new life to a work that has not been seen on the big screen for several decades.<\/p>\n
\nVectracom continues to play a central role in the preservation of old films.
